Regardless of whether you work for a company or you have a home business, ongoing training is a necessity in order to stay on top of the latest trends.  Most people think training is costly, but it doesn’t have to be.  The training can be both free and paid for.  It depends what you are wanting to learn and what resources you are going to utilize.  If you want one-on-one training, then yes that can be costly.

Aside from the one-on-one training you would received from a consultant, there are countless other ways to develop and improve your skills and abilities.  I have learned so much just from watching YouTube videos.  Granted, you have to weed through the junk, but once you find credible resources the information is like gold.

One thing I have learned to do is to research someone before I purchase anything from them.  If they are a scammer, there will be something online about them.

I recently came across a website called Eric’s Tips.  Eric is an Internet marketer and offers some great information.  He also sells ebooks about marketing and selling products.  He seems to have a really good reputation from what I have read.  Although some of his information requires payment, he still offers some really useful information just for subscribing to his newsletter.

I recently purchased 100 ebooks from Eric.  I am still reading through them, but so far the information is very useful and when I purchased his package I also received full master resell rights.  This is awesome because not only did I receive the 100 PDF eBooks, I also received the Word document for each file so I can update and add to the information in the eBooks and provide an updated version of the PDF.

When I subscribed to Eric’s newsletter, I was offered the opportunity to take his 100 video course on how to start an Internet Marketing business from the start. It’s not costing me anything to take his course, except for my time.  I’m not finished yet, but I have learned enough to build a website and start looking for products I want to offer.

I will be talking more about what I have learned from Eric as well as a few other people that I have found to be credible.  Sharing information and resources is very important for all of us who choose to make a living as an Internet Marketer.
